Starting my career in a completely new environment as a young person could have been daunting, but everyone at Tingdene Group was incredibly welcoming and supportive, which made the transition into the workplace really smooth.

I joined Walton Marina as a Broker nearly eight years ago and progressed to Boat Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager and now Senior Operations Manager.
With Tingdene’s support, I completed a Maritime Law Diploma, strengthening my understanding of consumer and contract law and applying it to improve sales documentation and procedures.

I have been an employee for over 20 years, first commencing working life as an Administration Assistant, having worked my way up to my current role of General Manager, forging a career for myself.
